Hebrews 13:17
Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you
Either good or bad leader, you are accountable of the people you rule, and for that you are expected to do that with love and not grudge, because ruling with grudge, you have nothing to gain, according to the bible
As a good leader you are there to make a good impact, and even in your absence that impact you made still speak , therefore leadership is earned not given. There most be qualities you have that people look unto.
As a good leader, you must be ready to serve others, and this makes the people you rule to follow obediently, believe in you and do what you said. And you should have the spirit of appreciation.
A great leader takes action, and the people follow what he says, because he is valuable
Leadership is about making decisions because of God and standing on the decisions you made
