Hello EDSers and welcome to this week's EDSI report
What Are EDSI Tokens?
Eddie Earner Income (EDSI) tokens are income-generating tokens on the HIVE blockchain that pay weekly dividends every Monday. These dividends come from 12% of the total HIVE POWER balance held by the @eddie-earner account, providing token holders with an impressive annual percentage yield (APY) of over 22%.
Token Supply and Mining
EDSI has a hard cap of 500,000 tokens, with an initial public sale of 20,000 tokens priced at 1 HIVE each. New EDSI tokens can be minted in two ways:
- Staking EDS Miners (EDSM) or EDS Mini Miners (EDSMM).
- Delegating HIVE POWER to @eds-vote.
- EDSM miners yield approximately 20% annually.
- EDS-vote provides returns of about 4-5% per year.
Focused on Growth
The EDSI project converts all earnings, airdrops, and tribe tokens into HIVE, emphasizing maximum HIVE POWER accumulation. Managed by @shanibeer (Saturdays Savers Club) and @silverstackeruk (wallet) for SPinvest, this long-term project encourages users to buy, hodl, and grow their EDSI tokens.
How to Grow Your Earnings
- Buy EDSM miners to mint EDSI tokens automatically.
- Reinvest regularly to increase your token holdings and boost your weekly dividends.
- Alternatively, purchase EDSI directly from the market. Place a buy order at 1 HIVE per token and wait for it to be filled—miners often sell their rewards to secure profits.
In summary, EDSI offers a simple, hands-off way to earn passive HIVE income. Buy miners, stake your tokens, and watch your wealth grow over time!

This Weeks EDSI Report
We minted 481 EDSI this week, thats a little lower than normal, so im not complaining. The total supply has crossed over the 90k mark and we've only 10k more, about 20 weeks until we hit 100k and have 20% of total tokens issued.
I could free up some allocation and release a way to distribute them so speed things up no worries but its hard to know what to do. We've the main 3 bases covered already, EDSI for HIVE, eds-vote for HP and EDSD for HDB. Whats next? Maybe some sort of game, text based game but im not sure there are enough users on HIVE for such a thing unless your giving away something for free.
Just thinking out loud really, EDS miners will keep minting tokens for 17-18 years, eds-vote is good for 15 years and EDSD for about 200 years. I'd like to take some of the allocation from EDSD so we could issue out an extra 50-60k EDSI faster over the next 2-5 years.
456 HIVE powered this week, bringing the total to 147,929 and very close to 150k. As you can see above, we've been consistently increasing our HP balance since we started. These spikes around weeks, 22, 36 and 45 were all times we were selling EDS miners and powering up all the HIVE. We capped miners around week 57 and it's been plain sailing growth since.
The income pool is currently locked at 335 HIVE so it's flatlining, but it's not decreasing, and thats important because it has never decreased once in 5 years, and I'd like to keep that claim. The reason for the income pool lock is because we're adjusting to a new payout ratio and its going to take a few months before thing balance out.
Please note that you might notice your weekly HIVE payment decline a little each week. The income pool is locked to 335 HIVE but we are minting 500 new EDSI each week, resulting in the small decline. You might not even notice it if I never mentioned it.
Not to bad this week, the EDSI decline was 0.1% down to 19.36%, which is still very respectable when compared to anything else on HIVE.
Weekly Roundup
Another great week behind us, and things are going mostly to plan.
I might try and think up some new way to distribute more EDSI, but it's not easy to collect 20-50k HIVE these days.
Thank you for taking the time to check out this weeks EDSI report!
