Buenos muchachos aquí les comparto un poco de lo que fue mi rutina de plancha, ya después de haber iniciado con el calentamiento empeze con los ejercicios, que fueron intentos de Straddel planch con liga aguantando alrededor de 4 sg haciendo 3 series, después el siguiente ejercicio fueron aguantes de half en Straddel con liga aguantando un 6 sg ya que este ejercicio se me hacía más fácil y entonces le aumente la intensidad he hice 4 series.

Después el siguiente ejercicio fueron push-ups en la misma progresion, haciendo 3 reps y aguantando al final dos segundos haciendo 3 series de este ejercicio y por último ejercicio unas push-ups en lean planch, haciendo un total de 9 reps y siendo 4 series de este ejercicio
Then the next exercise were push-ups in the same progression, doing 3 reps and holding at the end two seconds doing 3 sets of this exercise and last exercise push-ups in lean planch, doing a total of 9 reps and being 4 sets of this exercise.
