Buenos muchachos aquí les comparto un poco de lo que fue mi calentamiento de plancha ya que es muy importante y es algo que a veces se me olvida hacer y a la hora de calentar me gusta dedicarle su tiempo ya que lo que menos me gustaría es tener una lesión.

Así que empezamos el calentamiento con unas retracciónes escapulares y regresando al punto a de partida, también se hizo calentamiento en las muñecas ya que son las que cargan una fuerte tensión a la hora de hacer plancha y también se hizo estiramiento en las piernas ya que se hace una apertura en las piernas
So we started the warm up with some scapular retractions and returning to the starting point, we also warmed up the wrists as they are the ones that carry a strong tension when doing plank and we also stretched the legs as we made an opening in the legs.
