Bueno muchachos el día de hoy quise poner a prueba mi dominio en los estáticos tanto como el Front-level como la Plancha y los power moves en este caso el hefesto y bueno una de las observaciones que estuve haciendo fue en el momento de lanzar Straddel en barra alta ya que aún me da miedo la altura y me limito de lanzar la Straddel como debe ser.
Well, guys, today I wanted to test my mastery of static moves such as the front level and the plank, as well as power moves, in this case the Hephaestus. One of the observations I made was when performing the straddle on the high bar, as I am still afraid of heights and limit myself from performing the straddle as I should.

En caso del Front-level la postura estuvo bien ya después de varios intentos si se perdía un poco la postura pero ya es algo que se ira corrigiendo a medida que se vaya entrenando y en cuestión con el hefesto estuvo bien ya pegó la lumbar de la barra y bueno seguiremos mejorando.
In the case of the front level, the posture was good after several attempts, even if it was a little off at times, but that is something that will be corrected with training. As for the hefesto, it was good, as the bar hit the lower back, and we will continue to improve.
