bueno muchachos el día de ayer fui a un parque a visitar a los muchachos con los que entreno a veces y aproveché y lanze algunos estáticos así que ese día no fue un entrenamiento de un elemento en específico

bueno solo alcance a que me tomaran algunas fotos esto fue lanzando un front-level o un intento de touch también un hefesto y una bajada a front también tratare de ser un poco constante en el entrenamiento solo que debido al trabajo no he tenido tiempo para entrenar como es
