Bueno muchachos el día de hoy entrene el hefesto y lo bueno es que ya ha habido avance, ya que puedo hacer 2 Hefesto seguidos, así que hemos mejorado mucho, aunque si falta pulir la técnica pero es algo que hire haciendo con el pasar de los dias.
Well, guys, today I trained the Hephaestus, and the good news is that I've already made progress, since I can do two Hephaestuses in a row, so we've improved a lot, although I still need to refine my technique, but that's something I'll work on as the days go by.

Y bueno la rutina empezó con intentos de Hefesto que fueron como 6 intentos, los cuales los logré hacer, después el siguiente ejercicio fueron intentos de Hefesto back-level los cuales hice 4 intentos ya que los otros intentos que hice fueron negativas de Hefesto back-level con subida de Hefesto ya que no contaba con la fuerza para poder subir el hefesto en back-level.
Well, the routine began with six attempts at the Hephaestus, which I managed to do. The next exercise was four attempts at the Hephaestus back-level, since the other attempts I did were negative Hephaestus back-levels with Hephaestus lifts, as I didn't have the strength to lift the Hephaestus in back-level.
