Bueno muchachos el día de hoy hice un entrenamiento corto ya que me concentre en cortas repeticiones para tener fuerza y poder hacer el hefesto.

Well guys, today I did a short workout since I focused on short repetitions to gain strength and be able to do the hephaestus.

Así como el entrenamiento anterior intenté hacer repeticiones seguidas del hefesto para ir ganando fuerza, ya al haber realizado varias repeticiones intenté hacer otro ejercicio el cuál es el hefesto back-level y bueno se pudo ejecutar el elemento aunque la técnica no era la mejor, así que seguiremos con el entrenamiento básico que tengo del hefesto y después volveré a intentar el hefesto back-level.

Just like in the previous workout, I tried to do consecutive repetitions of the Hephaestus to gain strength. After having done several repetitions, I tried another exercise, which is the back-level Hephaestus. Well, I was able to perform the element, although the technique wasn't the best. So, we will continue with the basic training I have for the Hephaestus and then I will try the back-level Hephaestus again.
