Bueno muchachos el día de hoy estuve entrenando un poco lo que fue la plancha el entrenamiento lo hice con una liga súper delgada empezando con el calentamiento por supuesto y empecé con un intento de half el cual la postura no estuvo muy buena pero se mantuvo unos segundos después me fui con una straddel plancha aguantando 3sg haciendo eso 5 veces

Well guys today I was training a little bit what was the plancha the workout I did it with a super thin garter starting with the warm up of course and I started with a half attempt which the posture was not very good but it held a few seconds then I went with a straddel plancha holding 3sg doing that 5 times.

después de eso hice unas negativas de straddel plancha el cual me concentre en hacerla con una buena técnica haciendo 6 veces en total intentando aguantar la plancha al final y por último ejercicio una tuck adv tratando de tener la mejor postura posible aguantando 4 segundos en cada intento

after that I did a straddle plank refusal which I concentrated on doing with a good technique doing 6 times in total trying to hold the plank at the end and last exercise a tuck adv trying to have the best possible posture holding 4 seconds in each attempt.
