Buenos muchachos aquí les muestro un poco de mi progreso en el Front-level aunque no es mucho es algo de lo que estoy orgulloso y he alcanzado con mucho esfuerzo y constancia ya llevo más de un año en este deporte y bueno queda seguir esforzándome para lograr mis objetivos en el street workout.

Como pueden ver es la imágenes ya estoy empezando a aguantar el touch aunque todavía falta mucho corregir la postura, es algo que ire mejorando a medida que vaya entrenando, y bueno ya el el Front-level como tal no lo tengo tan caído en la cadera pero quiero recalcar que lo aguante ahí mismo de haber lanzado el touch y en agarre cerrado ya está más recta la postura.
As you can see in the images I am starting to hold the touch, although I still need to correct the posture, it is something that I will improve as I train, and well, the Front-level as such is not so low in the hip but I want to emphasize that I hold it right there after throwing the touch and in closed grip the posture is straighter.
