Bueno muchachos el día de hoy quería mostrarles mi progreso en la full plancha, aunque no he entrenado todos los días trato de que cada entrenamiento valga la pena y el día de hoy fue uno de ellos, ya hemos progresado y ya se está marcando la full planch a medida que pase el tiempo las postura se ira mejorando.

Y el día de hoy fue como un entrenamiento, porque como tal estaba probando al máximo mi nivel en plancha y hanstand y bueno para un próximo entrenamiento me enfocaré más todavía con mucho cuidado para evitar algún tipo de lesión y poder seguir avanzando, si tienen algún consejo me serviría de mucha ayuda.
