Hello folks! Actifit is really helping me stay in shape. Where I normally would have used a cab, I walked! And I tell you I'm better for it. I'm no longer much out of breath like in the beginning, I'm no longer as tired and I am enjoying the 'new' me. Thanks to Actifit!!!
