¡Hola! Comunidades de Hive y #Hivecalisthenics hoy vuelvo con un post de algunas fotografías que tomé el día de ayer en el transcurso de mi entrenamiento a horas de la mañana ya que tenía que ir a trabajar en la tarde. 👍
Para empezar mi rutina hice unos cuántos muscle up y algunas variaciones para mejorarlos un poco 💪🏼, luego de terminar con eso fui con los fondos ya que quiero mejorarlos y conseguir una buena cantidad de repeticiones como antes. 🙌🏼
Para complementar un poco hice unas cuantas series de flexiones en pica y para terminar de culminar unos aguantes en pino y también algunos aguantes en back lever el cual es un estático que tenía muy abandonado y que me gusta mucho. 💪
La verdad fue un entrenamiento que disfruté ya que el parque estaba muy tranquilo y el clima también. 👍

Hi! Hive and #Hivecalisthenics communities today I'm back with a post of some pictures I took yesterday in the course of my morning hours training since I had to go to work in the afternoon. 👍
To start my routine I did a few muscle ups and some variations to improve them a bit 💪🏼, after finishing with that I went with the bottoms as I want to improve them and get a good amount of reps as before. 🙌🏼
To complement a little bit I did a few sets of pushups in pike and to finish it off a few holds in pike and also some holds in back lever which is a static that I had very neglected and that I really like. 💪
The truth was a workout that I enjoyed as the park was very quiet and the weather as well. 👍
