¡Hola! comunidad de #Hivecalisthenics y #3speak el dia de hoy vuelvo con un nuevo video para la comunidad de los mejores momentos y bloopers de mi entrenamiento del dia de ayer junto a mis amigos @markworkout, @hecatonquirox y @lionfit con los que compartí la mayoría del tiempo que estuve en el parque haciendo rutina y hablando bastante. 🤣
La mayoría de clips son momentos en los que estamos calentando o intentando algún que otro movimiento que nos guste, así como lo vieron que estuvimos intentando el pino para luego hacer una postura que se le llama “Buda” y luego volver a la posición normal del pino. Nos costó un poco ya que lo estábamos intentando en nuestros descansos de la rutina y en cierto modo nos afectó un poquito. 🤣
Espero que les haya gustado mi video ❤️ los hago con el fin de al menos sacar una risa al que lo vea y que sea los mas entretenido posible.

Hi! #Hivecalisthenics and #3speak community today I'm back with a new video for the community of the best moments and bloopers of my workout yesterday with my friends @markworkout, @hecatonquirox and @lionfit with whom I shared most of the time I was in the park doing routine and talking a lot. 🤣
Most clips are moments when we are warming up or trying some movement or another that we like, as well as you saw what you saw we were trying the handstand to then do a pose that is called "Buddha" and then go back to the normal handstans position. It took us a little while since we were trying it on our breaks from the routine and it kind of got to us a little bit. 🤣
