Omg, I found this video from a while back, I was quite sick, I can hear it but the performance is cool. Let me go try to find the date....Found it!!! It was April 2018, so pretty much a year ago. Damn, that's a cool track, even with no sound equipment, it sounds cool. I can't remember why I was laughing at the beginning, but anyway I kept it!!
Man, I know I repeat myself, but it's amazing how we all can change in a year. We all go through our own journey, some people try to lose weight, me I was trying to gain some. I think I gained 20 kg since that video or 40 lbs.
I don't like making before and after video or photo montage, but Steemit has been a constant reminder of my journey, and in some way document your progress. So I've just realized how much I accomplished in a year and is very encouraging for the future. I just woke up one morning and didn't want to look skinny anymore, and I started working out every day and just gained muscle mass. So if a bum like me can do it, pretty much anyone can!
