So, I got a new loopstation, it's the Boss RC-505 MK2, and it's been pretty handy, I can use it to beatbox, loop guitars, and lately I added a keyboard that has drums sounds to my arsenal, so I can loop the sh*t out of everything.
I've been doing this song for years, but adding the loopstation, helped me see the whole looping angle better.
As you say I start the song banging a boxing glove into my chest like a gorilla, and it produces a sound, and from that sound I then add a rimshot that I make with my mouth, then it's a whole song before you even know it.
I sent it to my family and they're worried I lost my mind 😃 but I tried to explain to them that it was a one time thing.
... That it was just for the video, I don't wear it right now for example, and I only put the boxing gloves when it's time to Roleplay Rocky IV.
The purple robe was a wise choice too, it really adds character.
