Hola amigos de #hive y la comunidad Geek Zone, como siempre digo, es un placer saludarles y estar entre buena compañía. El motivo de mi visita, es traerles novedades de lo que he ido adquiriendo en cuanto a tecnología se trata. En este caso, con el fin de que me permita seguir creciendo como creador de contenido. Para mi comodidad trabajando en el blog, con el tiempo he venido haciéndome de algunos artículos que, aunque son bastante básicos y que todo creador de contenido debería tener, considero que han sido acertados.
Como por ejemplo, mi soporte para el teléfono, algo básico y manejable pero bastante útil para mí. Ya que me permitió primeramente, no tener que lamentar una caída del celular, ya que todo lo hago con este equipo que prácticamente es mi tercera mano, así como la grabación de muchísimos videos. Luego me hice de un micrófono de los de tipo balita, con conexión por Bluetooth que me permitieron hacer grabaciones en locaciones exteriores.
Sin embargo, como últimamente he estado haciendo contenido musical, este micrófono no me sirve para tal fin, ya que me distorsiona la voz en su afán de reducir el ruido ambiental. Un día, mientras interactuaba con el contenido musical de varios compañeros, como el talentoso @fernanblog. Viéndole cantar, se me ocurre la loca idea de hacerme de un micrófono, como el que usa en sus videos. Decir y hacer fue lo mismo, soy de los que, cuando se pone delante una idea, no paro hasta llegar al final del asunto.
Y luego de una pequeña conversación con @fernanblog y de una amplia búsqueda en páginas sobre el tema, terminé empapándome de la cuestión. Es increíble lo que uno aprende, cuando busca información sobre algo que le interesa, aprendí sobre los diferentes tipos de micrófonos, los dinámicos y los condensadores. Que, sin ponernos muy técnicos en el asunto, decidí que el que yo quería era el condensador, ya que me iba a servir para grabar covers, hacer pódcast y cuantas variantes se puedan hacer con un micrófono de este tipo.
Me sucedió algo interesante y gracioso a la vez, cuando tenía localizado y ya pagado el kit de Micrófono Condensador que escogí, según las características y el dinero con que contaba en billetera para este producto. Luego de ver algunos tutoriales en YouTube, sobre cómo se montaba el kit de este micrófono que había comprado, descubrí algo interesante. Me desayuné la noticia de que estos micrófonos condensadores, necesitan un accesorio extra llamado Phamton Power, para que funcionen al máximo.
Sin ponernos muy técnicos, la Phamton Power no es más que una pequeña cajita que le proporciona al micrófono condensador una corriente de 48 v, llamada también alimentación fantasma. Y bueno, tocó también comprar este equipo, que por suerte había disponibilidad; fue como una compra a ciegas, basado en la recomendación de muchos videos de YouTube. Pasaron unos cuarenta y cuatro días más o menos de envío, sin contar el traslado del proveedor, pero puedo decir que finalmente tengo lo que pedí y que funciona bien.
No es la gran cosa, para el precio que tiene este micrófono BM-800, que de paso es el más económico del mercado, pero súper recomendable para comenzar en este mundo, de la creación de contenido. ¿Recomendaría este micrófono? Obviamente que sí, es algo económico y funcional para comenzar, aunque si van a comprarse un micrófono como este que les muestro, primeramente les aconsejo que estudien más sobre el tema.
Que analicen para qué necesitan un micrófono así, y envase a sus necesidades, es el que finalmente comprarán. Les diré que apenas he tendido tiempo de usarlo como tal, aún está prácticamente acabado de llegar. Lo saqué de su caja aprovechando una oportunidad que me dio la corriente, para poder probarlo, ya que me sentía incómodo si no lo tarequiba, pero puedo decir que he quedado encantado con el resultado.
Aunque bueno, esa es la opinión de una persona que tiene su primera interacción con un equipo de este tipo. Sin embargo, ya quiero utilizarlo para alguna que otra grabación, que me permita en realidad comprobar que tan útil es y si valió la pena. Junto con este kit de micrófono condensador BM-800 y el extra de la Phamton Power, también me compré un par de audífonos, como esos que le dicen acá: "de los cómicos". No los he probado aún, están en su caja original, pero sí se escucha super bien con los manos libres que trae de fábrica el kit, la verdad no quiero sentir cómo se escucha con las orejotas esas grandotas.

The reason for my visit is to bring you news about what I've been acquiring in terms of technology. In this case, so that I can continue to grow as a content creator. For my convenience when working on the blog, over time I've been acquiring some items that, although they're quite basic and something every content creator should have, I consider to be a good investment.
For example, my phone holder, something basic and easy to use but quite useful for me. First of all, it meant I didn't have to worry about dropping my phone, as I do everything with this device, which is practically my third hand, as well as recording lots of videos. Then I got a bullet microphone with a Bluetooth connection that allowed me to record in outdoor locations.
However, as I have been creating musical content lately, this microphone is not suitable for that purpose, as it distorts my voice in its effort to reduce ambient noise. One day, while interacting with the musical content of several colleagues, such as the talented @fernanblog, watching him sing, I had the crazy idea of getting a microphone like the one he uses in his videos. No sooner said than done, I am one of those people who, when faced with an idea, does not stop until the matter is resolved.
And after a short conversation with @fernanblog and an extensive search on websites on the subject, I ended up immersing myself in the issue. It's amazing what you learn when you search for information about something that interests you. I learned about the different types of microphones, dynamic and condenser. Without getting too technical about it, I decided that the one I wanted was the condenser, since it would be useful for recording covers, making podcasts, and whatever else you can do with a microphone of this type.
Something interesting and funny happened to me when I had found and already paid for the condenser microphone kit I chose, based on the features and the money I had in my wallet for this product. After watching some tutorials on YouTube on how to assemble the microphone kit I had bought, I discovered something interesting. I was shocked to learn that these condenser microphones need an extra accessory called Phantom Power to work at their best.
Without getting too technical, Phantom Power is nothing more than a small box that provides the condenser microphone with a 48v current, also called phantom power. So, I also had to buy this equipment, which luckily was available; it was like a blind purchase, based on the recommendation of many YouTube videos. It took about forty-four days to ship, not counting the supplier's delivery time, but I can say that I finally have what I ordered and it works well.
It's no big deal, considering the price of this BM-800 microphone, which, by the way, is the cheapest on the market, but I highly recommend it for getting started in the world of content creation. Would I recommend this microphone? Obviously, yes. It's inexpensive and functional for getting started, although if you're going to buy a microphone like the one I'm showing you, I advise you to first study the subject more.
Consider why you need a microphone like this, and based on your needs, that's the one you'll ultimately buy. I'll tell you that I've barely had time to use it as such, it's still practically brand new. I took it out of its box when I had the chance to try it out, as I felt uncomfortable if I didn't test it, but I can say that I'm delighted with the result.
Although, of course, that's the opinion of someone who is using this type of equipment for the first time. However, I already want to use it for a few recordings, which will allow me to really see how useful it is and if it was worth it. Along with this BM-800 condenser microphone kit and the extra Phantom Power, I also bought a pair of headphones, like the ones they call here: "the funny ones." I haven't tried them yet; they're still in their original box, but the hands-free headphones that come with the kit sound great, so I don't really want to hear what it sounds like with those big earbuds.
