Hola comunidad de Hive Calisthenics Espero que todos estén muy bien Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina que me ha estado ayudando a mejorar rápidamente en el estático que siempre he querido front lever. Estoy seguro de que al llegar al día 15 veré un progreso notable estaré mucho más cerca de conseguir unos segundos de front perfectos por fin podré tener ese estático que tanto he deseado a pesar que ya lo aga aun no es perfecto y trabajo en corrregirlo más Recuerden que la clave está en confiar siempre en el entrenamiento que llevamos a cabo y en aprender a controlar esos músculos que quizás aún no conocemos del todo.

Hello Hive Calisthenics community I hope everyone is doing great Today I want to share with you a routine that has been helping me to quickly improve on the static front lever that I have always wanted. I am sure that when I reach day 15 I will see a noticeable progress I will be much closer to get a few seconds of perfect front finally I can have that static that I have long desired even though I already aga is still not perfect and work on correcting it more Remember that the key is to always trust the training that we carry out and learn to control those muscles that may not yet know at all.
