El pasado viernes intenté entrenar, pero me resultó muy difÃcil debido a la tensión y el dolor que sentà en esa área.
Por lo tanto, la semana que viene, o sea, a partir de mañana, no habrá rutina de fuerza Estoy considerando en su lugar una rutina de ejercicios aeróbicos para trabajar en mi resistencia Sin embargo, por el momento tomaré un descanso de las rutinas de entrenamiento hasta que tenga la oportunidad de chequearme con unos médicos Agradezco su comprensión y apoyo.
