Mi receta de hoy: Arepa frita, huevo y queso || Today's recipe: Fried arepa, egg and cheese

***Hola amigos de Hive❤️*** _Les doy la bienvenida a mi blog y feliz día a todos!_ Hoy les quiero compartir una receta que es mi favorita para el desayuno, incluyendo la tradicional arepa, solo que en este caso sería frita y no asada como normalmente la consumimos aquí en Venezuela. Además de este platillo de desayuno me gusta incluir aguacate, a los huevos fritos hechos con la yema flojita o termino medio como yo le digo, queso rayado blanco, ésto con un jugo natural sería mi platillo especial y preferido de las mañanas y hoy les quiero compartir el proceso de presentación que no fue nada formal ni muy elaborado, solo ese vistazo y una muestra de como me quedo. So with this and a little more I will leave you with the elaboration process and some pictures of the finished dish. https://i.postimg.cc/5t8HrBZs/53492392.png https://i.postimg.cc/D0fp5FNb/g-PCasci-UWm-Ez-FGW2-Lj-Kx-FJ5hbrjm-Uoj-JKSU289g64-GXo1-GB4q-FDMv-Pse-DMk-Una-Bvw-QKSd-Etmwn13n-Cwrg-Xov9-Hnw-XH89urz-G4-FJY.png https://i.postimg.cc/5t8HrBZs/53492392.png Lo primero que hice para este desayuno fue la masa, para ello use un paquete de harina de maíz precocida, yo primero agrego el agua, una pizca de sal y luego de disolverlo empiezo a incorporar la harina poco a poco para que no se formen grumos y quede muy suave y manejable para crear la tradicional forma redonda que caracteriza las arepas, primero un bola de masa, el tamaño ya depende de cada persona, la aplastamos como si estuvieramos aplaudiendo, y con un orificio en medio es la clásica arepa frita, a mí me encanta agregarle a la masa anis dulce pero en ésta oportunidad no tenía así que le agregué un pizca de azúcar y ya cuando esté listo esto la pasamos a un sartén con suficiente aceite bien caliente. >The first thing I did for this breakfast was the dough, for this I used a package of precooked corn flour, I first add the water, a pinch of salt and after dissolving it I begin to incorporate the flour little by little so that no lumps are formed and it is very soft and manageable to create the traditional round shape that characterizes the arepas, first a ball of dough, The size depends on each person, we flatten it as if we were clapping, and with a hole in the middle is the classic fried arepa, I love to add sweet anise to the dough but this time I did not have it so I added a pinch of sugar and when it is ready we put it in a frying pan with enough hot oil.   https://i.postimg.cc/5t8HrBZs/53492392.png Sabemos que está lista cuando ya se empieza a notar un color dorado por uno de los lados, la volteamos y esperamos que se cocine igual por el otro lado, y ya así bien crujiente ya estaría lista nuestra arepa de maíz frita, solo nos faltaría freír los huevos a término medio como yo le digo que quede la yema floja, para ello yo lo que hago es echar suficiente aceite en el sartén, y cuando esté caliente echo el huevo tratando de que la yema no se rompa y luego le pongo una tapa a fuego medio hasta que la clara se cocine y la yema este opaca, que se le haya creado una capa como blanca, esto me da la señal que ya es hora de sacarlo.
