***Hola amigos de Hive❤️*** _Les doy la bienvenida a mi blog y feliz día a todos!_ Hoy les quiero compartir mi versión para realizar una receta bastante nutritiva y tener como opción saludable en la hora del desayuno sobre todo, se trata de una tortita a base de plátano, con tan solo esos pocos ingredientes ya tendríamos un delicioso desayuno que muy bien lo podríamos complementar con aguacate, queso o pollo y hacerlo todavía más nutritivo. Here I share the preparation process and the result, inviting you to try it and make it at home for your family.  #### Ingredientes • Ingredients - Plátano (banana) - Huevo - Orégano - Sal y pimienta >- Banana >- Egg >- Oregano >- Salt and pepper    Lo primero que hice fue elegir un plátano que no estuviera muy maduro, que este mayormente amarillo para que tenga la menor cantidad de azúcar, ya que mientras más maduro más dulce. Luego le cortare los extremos y lo rallare por los agujeros más grandes, todos los ingredientes los iré agregando en un envase para una mayor comodidad a la hora de mezclar. >The first thing I did was choose a banana that wasn't too ripe, one that was mostly yellow so it would have less sugar, since the riper it is, the sweeter it is. Then I cut off the ends and grated it using the largest holes. I added all the ingredients to a container for convenience when mixing.   El siguiente paso será agregar el huevo, como haré una pequeña cantidad solo agregué uno, pero si deseas puedes agregar más a la mezcla y rendirla para más porciones. Hecho está lo batimos bien y le agregamos una pizca de orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto. Luego en un sartén caliente agregamos aceite para engrasarlo y vertemos una pequeña cantidad y la esparcimos en toda la superficie en forma circular, dejamos cocinar unos minutos a fuego bajo hasta dore o tome un color bronceado pero bien cocinado por ambos lados. >The next step is to add the egg.
