Hello Hive Friends, good day to all of you, hope you are all doing well. I'm @eijnuj06, and I'm back to share our little celebration of my beloved father's birthday.

Not all fathers are perfect, but there are fathers who are good at fathering. They may not have all the answers, but they show up every day, working hard to provide for their families and give their children the best possible life. These fathers deserve love, appreciation, and respect from their children.

To all the fathers out there who are doing their best, who are working tirelessly to put food on the table, who are attending school events and sports games, and who are teaching their children valuable life lessons – thank you. Your efforts may go unnoticed sometimes, but they do not go unappreciated.

As we grow older, we begin to realize the sacrifices our parents made for us, especially when it comes to our birthdays. We used to be so excited to celebrate another year of life, and the highlight was always the food prepared for us. We didn't think twice about where it came from or how it got there; we just enjoyed the feast.

But as we matured, we started to understand the hard work and effort our parents put into making those special days memorable for us. They worked tirelessly to provide for our needs, often sacrificing their own desires and dreams so that we could have a better life.

Now, as our parents grow older, it's our turn to return the love and care they've shown us. When their birthdays come around, it's not just a celebration; it's a way for us to express our gratitude for everything they've done for us. We prepare their favorite foods, surprise them with thoughtful gifts, and spend quality time with them, creating new memories.
I will share a little bit of what we prepared for his birthday. We've divided the tasks. I'm in charge of cooking Pansit Bam-i, while my mom is handling the dessert, Biko. My sister will pick up the cake from the city, and my father will prepare and cook the chicken.

When afternoon came, we immediately called our neighbors so that we can eat together. Before we ate, we sang Happy Birthday to our father and offered a prayer to bless the food. Then he blew out the candle on his cake.

After we ate, I bought a beer for a little fun, and our pulutan was Tempura cooked by my sister.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to those who've stayed with me through this blog. I am hoping to receive support by reblogging and upvoting my blogs in this Hive platform, and I am thankful for all the support I have received so far 💖.
