Chicharon Bulaklak is the best seller in quiñahan's adobohan. But before we continue eating let's introduce who JR Quiñahan is.

JR Quiñahan is a basketball player based in Cebu City. He is a former PBA player who played in rain or shine. He is Big Beau Belga's partner, They are both called Extra Rice Inc. because of their size. He also played for the Nlex Road Warriors, which was one of the teams of the MVP group. Now he played in Manny Pacquiao's league MPBL or Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League with Team Cebu Greats.

Because of his successful PBA career, he has built a business and this is Adobohan ni Quiñahan located in Brgy Mabolo Cebu City. They offer many dishes but the one that is most visited by their loyal customers is the Chicharon Bulaklak.
Now let's talk about our trip there with my work colleague. We even decided to eat at Quiñahan's restaurant early in the morning because we wanted to try his most famous dish Chicharon Bulaklak. That's why we rush there at noon because we might catch a long line of customers. When we arrived, there were only a few people, so we ordered a large amount, and we ordered two sets of Chicharon Bulaklak, priced at 170 pesos per set. There's no problem with rice because we bring rice to save money.
Chicharon Bulaklak is made from pork intestines and DIP fried to make it crispy. That's why we ate it right away and enjoyed it very much. It is so crispy and delicious when dipped in vinegar.
I just want to give you a little advice, it's not good to eat it always because it is not good for our body because of the oil or it can cause high blood pressure. It's okay to eat it occasionally. But you can still visit the restaurant because they don't just offer Chicharon Bulaklak, there are others like pansit, Lumpia, crab meat and ampalaya.
We didn't just go back to the restaurant once, we went back there three times. We went on our lunch break as long as it was still time. The food is delicious, as long as you're with friends, the food tastes even better. There's something special about sharing meals with friends that makes the experience even more enjoyable. When we're with people we care about, the flavors seem to intensify, and the atmosphere becomes more vibrant. It's as if the company enhances the taste, making every bite more satisfying.
