This orb weaver spider is still hiding in the curve of a leaf when I found it. There was no web that has been built by this spider to catch any prey, but lucky I noticed it hiding, so that I could get a few photo of him.
This spider is rather calm, as it didn't move when I get close to it, ecen when I twist and turn the leaf it was hiding on, it was just stay still there.
Look at the pattern that is has on its back, it looks so beautiful and lovely isn't it?
And also do you notice there are a few thread that closes the leaf together?
it is it is built by the spider so that it could hide on the leaf, and the curve of the leaf could provide a little bit of protection to the spider.
The beautiful spider with its lovely way to protect itself, as well as a clever usage of its thread to build a safe hiding place, maybe not so safe as I can still find it. hahaha
