I have Passion for the Sick People.
I am Ekojah Joshua, and it has always been my calling and passion to reach out to those in need, no matter their background or situation. Yesterday being 6th June,2025 together with my dedicated team—Mrs. Martin, Mummy Eko, Mummy Shalom, and others—we embarked on a special outreach at the General Hospital in Akwanga.
Our visit to the hospital was filled with compassion, prayer, and a genuine desire to bring hope to the sick. We spent time with the patients, praying with them, sharing words of encouragement, and reminding them that they are not alone in their struggles. We also made donations to assist them and, by the grace of God, paid the hospital bills for five patients who could not afford their treatment.
It gave me deep joy to see the smiles on their faces and the relief that came with the knowledge that someone cared enough to step in during their difficult moments. As we went from one ward to another, I was reminded once again that outreach is not just about giving—it’s about being present, showing love, and sharing the burden of others.
Growing up and to this very day, outreach has been in my blood and remains a significant part of my calling. From villages to schools, hospitals, orphanages, and widows’ homes, I have always believed that the true measure of a life well-lived is found in how we serve others. I am committed to this cause until the Lord calls me home.
To my friends or fellow hivers, and everyone reading this: I encourage you to look beyond your own challenges and invest your time, resources, and prayers in the lives of others. Outreach is a good thing—when you lift someone else’s burden, you find that your own burdens become lighter too.
Let us continue to go for outreach and make a difference in our communities, one act of kindness at a time.If you don't go out you can't reach them .
