Hello everyone!
I didn't notice that I was lacking count yesterday. I earned my steps purely by doing chores and shopping essentials. Early in the morning, I dragged myself out in bed and went to a nearby store to save on fare and to avoid the long lines at the grocery store. Then, I did the laundry. I don't like this chore but I think of it as a new cardio mantra and an ab- maker workout haha. I unloaded more than 2 large baskets so it has really knackered me. Nevertheless, finishing a Herculean task is a great stress buster too.
