Hello everyone!
I've done quite a lot of activities already before discovering that I haven't open my app yet. It always happens.
To reach my target, I cleaned our dining and kitchen area after supper then proceeded with my walking routine. I only completed 30 minutes because this hot climate is exhausting. I incorporated 5 sets of 10 squats to my brisk walk. I have learned that squats could burn fats and calories faster than walking alone.
