En este post incluiré tanto platillos salados como dulces, empezando por los postres que, Santo Cielo, ***¿de dónde salen esas obras de arte?*** Si hay algo que me llama mucho la atención de Japón son esos dulces extravagantes que solo son vistos por allí, esos colores y esas formas que los hacen lucir aún más sabrosos y tentadores y aunque he tenido la oportunidad de probar algunos de esos dulces, hay muchos que me quedaron pendientes y espero algún día poder probarlos solo para sacarme las ganas.
Volviendo al tema, algunos personajes de anime tienen muy buenos dotes culinarios y muchas series, por más que no traten sobre cocina, tienen al menos un capitulo en el que le dedican un tiempo importante a la cocina y allí podemos ver las maravillas que hacen los que saben cocinar. Ingredientes que solo ellos conocen, procesos por los cuales me pierdo a medio camino y la precisión en cuanto a cantidades y lo que debe llevar o no un platillo en específico. **¡Son realmente dedicados a la hora de elaborar la comida y que tengan el sabor preciso!**

Yo solamente probé el **Curry** que ofrecían en el Jardín Japonés de Palermo, Buenos Aires, pero debo decir que no me gusto, no sé si no lo sabían preparar o no estoy acostumbrada a lo picante, lo que sí sé es que a veces un platillo luce tan bien en los animes, pero en la vida real no es algo que volvería a comer. Por ejemplo, en **Kuroshitsuji** hubo un capitulo donde hicieron una competencia al mejor Curry y la cantidad de ingredientes y especias que llevaba me dejo anonadada y todo el proceso que implica preparar un Curry con el mejor sabor, **¡se lo toman muy en serio!**
Las fotos de los Currys que prepararon en esa competencia eran para comerse la pantalla y aquí vuelvo a preguntar, ***¿Por qué la comida en los animes luce tan sabrosa?*** El brillo, la paleta de colores, esa humareda que desprende un platillo recién sacado del horno, sea cual sea la razón, creo que más de uno estará de acuerdo conmigo en que algunos estudios de animación le dedican el 80% del presupuesto de animación más a las comidas que a los mismos personajes.

I only tried the **Curry** they served at the Japanese Garden in Palermo, Buenos Aires, but I have to say I didn't like it. I don't know if they didn't know how to prepare it or if I'm just not used to spicy food, but what I do know is that sometimes a dish looks so good in anime, but in real life it's not something I would eat again. For example, in **Kuroshitsuji**, there was an episode where they had a competition for the best curry, and I was stunned by the amount of ingredients and spices it contained and the whole process involved in preparing a curry with the best flavor. **They take it very seriously!**
The photos of the curries they prepared in that competition were mouthwatering, and here I ask again, ***why does food in anime look so tasty?*** The brightness, the color palette, the steam rising from a dish fresh out of the oven... Whatever the reason, I think more than one person will agree with me that some animation studios devote 80% of their animation budget to food rather than the characters themselves.

Hay animes cuya trama principal es la gastronomía y en ellos se aprende un montón sobre diferentes platillos asiáticos e ingredientes que hasta ese momento ni sabía que existían, pero también hay animes cuya trama está muy alejada de la gastronomía y aun así siempre aprendes algo nuevo sobre gastronomía asiática, como el ejemplo que mencioné anteriormente. **¡No hay anime que no incluya al menos un platillo de comida sabroso y te enseñen cómo prepararlo!**
Otra cosa que me llama la atención es la figura esbelta que tienen la mayoría de los japoneses considerando todos esos dulces y platillos salados que a Buhito, por lo menos, lo harían rodar, pero una vez un japonés explico que en cada comida, por cada trozo de grasa, se agrega un trozo de verduras y pescados y de esta forma su dieta está perfectamente equilibrada, manteniendo así el cuerpo bien nutrido y con un peso saludable y es verdad, seguramente habrán notado en algunas de las imágenes que compartí que en todos los platillos siempre hay alguna verdura y pescado incluidos, **¡que delicia!**

Sea cual sea el sabor verdadero de todos estos platillos, no hay que negar que la comida en los animes luce sabrosa y específica para cometer el pecado de la gula, esos colores tan radiantes que tienen, ese brillo y la perfección con la que son dibujadas, en verdad se toman muy en serio en resaltar su arte culinario y dejarnos en claro que ellos son muy estrictos en cuanto a los sabores y a lo que cada platillo en específico necesita para ser considerado perfecto.
Si algún día tengo el privilegio de visitar Japón, por más que no estoy acostumbrada a comer picante, no me voy a ir sin probar al menos 3 platillos que suelen aparecer en la mayoría de los animes y son los más comunes de ver: **Ramen**, **Onigiri** y **Mochi**. En mi barrio venden Ramen procesado, pero yo quiero probar el específico que ellos preparan, casero con ingredientes originarios, seguramente ese sí me gustara por más picante que sea y llevare a Buhito y a Bizcochito para que también disfruten de platillos asiáticos.
