Something that always relaxes me is walking. It doesn’t matter if it’s a short walk around the neighborhood or a longer one where I can enjoy the scenery, walking clears my mind and fills me with peace. I love feeling the breeze on my face, listening to the sounds around me, and sometimes just letting my thoughts flow with each step.
