I'm a bit rusty so hang in there!
Hope everyone is ok! I guess I will slowly come back with something that I've been doing more consistently, which is moving!
For the past few months, it has been a struggle fighting against burnout and one of the things that kept me above the thin line was exercise..so I tried to run.
And to my surprise, I enjoyed it! And it's been my new therapy! It's just been a few months and my goal was to run for at least 30 minutes without dying lol
Practising a bit every other morning and pushing a little bit more every time..I started by only running for 5 minutes..to this:
I ran my first 5km today!
And I'm so proud of myself that I had to get back to Actifit!
This new body after losing +25kg it's a game changer for sure!
