Dear friends of #hivefood 🍽️, today I'm here because I want to show you my delicious club house sandwiches 🥪 that I made for dinner 🌙. I also took the opportunity to train my grill 🔥, the one I told you about yesterday in a post. So, after coming home from work 🧑🔧, we wanted to eat some tasty sandwiches, and I thought: “If I have everything to make some chicken club house sandwiches 🍗, why not make them?” 😄
Queridos amigos de #hivefood 🍽️, hoy aparezco por aquí porque quiero mostrarles mis ricos club house 🥪 que preparé para la hora de cenar 🌙. También aproveché la ocasión para entrenar mi plancha de asado 🔥, esa misma que les comenté ayer en un post. Así que, después de llegar del trabajo 🧑🔧, quisimos comer unos ricos sándwiches y me dije: “Si tengo todo para hacer unos club house de pollo 🍗, ¿por qué no hacerlos?” 😄

So I used the following ingredients 🧺:
🍞 1 package of sandwich bread
🍗 1/2 kilo of chicken fillet
🍖 1/2 kilo of pork ham
🧀 1/2 kilo of mozzarella cheese
🥬 Lettuce leaves to taste
🍅 2 sliced tomatoes
🥚 2 eggs
🧂 Sauce to taste
Así que utilicé los siguientes ingredientes 🧺: 🍞 1 paquete de pan de sándwich 🍗 1/2 kilo de filete de pollo 🍖 1/2 kilo de jamón de cerdo 🧀 1/2 kilo de queso mozzarella 🥬 Hojas de lechuga al gusto 🍅 2 tomates rebanados 🥚 2 huevos 🧂 Salsa al gusto

Once everything was ready, I fried the chicken fillets and the eggs 🍳, washed the lettuce, and sliced the tomatoes 🥗. Then I began assembling the sandwiches, starting by toasting the bread on the grill 🧇. On the first layer I added sauce, ham, cheese, and egg; on the next, chicken, tomato, and lettuce 🥪. To hold all the layers together, I secured them with toothpicks 🧷. While I was preparing everything, I also fried some potatoes 🍟 as a side dish. Finally, we sat down to enjoy this delicious meal, accompanied by a tasty juice 🧃. I hope you like this recipe! Una vez listo todo, freí los filetes de pollo y los huevos 🍳, lavé la lechuga y rebané los tomates 🥗. Luego, comencé a armar los sándwiches, colocando primero el pan a tostar en la plancha 🧇. En la primera capa puse salsa, jamón, queso y huevo; en la siguiente, pollo, tomate y lechuga 🥪. Para mantener todo unido, sujeté las capas con palillos 🧷. Mientras preparaba todo, también freí unas papas 🍟 que sirvieron de acompañante. Finalmente, nos sentamos a disfrutar de esta rica preparación acompañada de un delicioso jugo 🧃. ¡Espero que les guste!
