Greetings to all my hiver friends. This is my first foray into this cheerful community, so I appreciate your welcome. I'm here at the invitation of @mariatd and following in the footsteps of two loyal members: @yuraimatc and @marpasifico, whom I invite to share their most recent experiences with us.
During these months, the summer heat is a perpetual temptation to try a beer, a beverage that has also taken root in Cuban popular culture.
A few days ago, I accepted my daughter Alejandra's invitation to visit Tinito, a small and diverse gastronomic complex located in the EGREM Center building in Camagüey.
We chose a table near the bar, a quiet and cozy corner where we could chat while we waited for our orders.
We immediately ordered some beers. They had Cristal and Unlaguer, but I'd already tried those brands, and I wanted a new experience, so my choice was this Hiper Dino, which, being a Pilsen, seemed like a safe bet.
Indeed, the Hiper Dino didn't disappoint. The first pleasant discovery was a creamy white foam that already promised delight with its 4.8% alcohol content.
The professional bartender introduced it to us as "a light beer, of Spanish origin, an excellent choice against the heat."
We were delighted with the service, the golden color of the beer, and its slight bitterness that betrayed the presence of hops, wonderful for digestion. So I got carried away and ordered some chicken fajitas, quesadillas and tostones for a snack.
We decided to pair the second beer with tomato juice. They're an inseparable pairing for me; I drink them together whenever I can.
The afternoon and the beers flew by, like everything we enjoyed. I said goodbye to my daughter with a hug, a promise to go out again, and the faint taste of happiness still lingering on my lips.

Por estos meses el calor del verano es perpetua tentación para degustar una cerveza, bebida que, además, ha echado fuertes raíces en la cultura popular cubana.
Hace unos dias acepté la invitación de mi hija Alejandra, para visitar el Tinito, un pequeño y variado Complejo Gastronómico ubicado en el edificio del Centro de la EGREM, en Camagüey.
Elegimos una mesa cercana a la barra, un rinconcito tranquilo y acogedor donde conversar mientras esperábamos nuestros pedidos.
De inmediato solicitamos unas cervezas. Tenían Cristal y Unlaguer pero esas marcas ya las he probado y quise degustar una nueva experiencia así que mi elección fue esta Hiper Dino, que por ser Pilsen me pareció una apuesta segura.
En efecto la Hiper Dino no decepcionó. El primer grato descubrimiento fue una espuma blanca y cremosa que ya prometía delicias en sus 4.8º de alcohol.
La profesionalidad del bartendender nos la presentó como "una cerveza ligera, de procedencia española, excelente elección contra el calor"
Estábamos encantadas con la atención, con el color dorado de la cerveza, con su ligero amargor que delataba la presencia del lúpulo, maravilloso para la digestión, así que me embullé y pedí unas fajitas de pollo y tostones para picar.
La segunda cerveza decidimos acompañarla con un jugo de tomate, esa es una pareja inseparable para mí, siempre que puedo los bebo juntos.
La tarde y las cervezas se fueron rápido, como todo lo que disfrutamos. Me despedí de mi hija con un abrazo, la promesa de repetir salida y el sabor ligero de la felicidad todavía retozándome en los labios.
