Hola apreciados amigos de #gems saludos para todos, espero se encuentre muy bien. Hoy acudí para acompañar a mi hijo mayor a una presentación con la samba en apoyo a una candidata en la ferias en honor al patrono San José en nuestra comunidad. Recibimos la invitación y mi hijo quiso asistir, allí iban a estar todos los chicos que conforman besta hermosa familia.

Hello dear friends of #gems, greetings to everyone. I hope you are all well. Today I went to accompany my oldest son to a samba performance in support of a candidate at the fairs honoring our patron saint, Saint Joseph, in our community. We received the invitation, and my son wanted to attend. All the children who make up this beautiful family were going to be there.

Yo me fui para acompañarlo, el por su edad no me gusta que salga solo y más a este tipo de eventos que se que terminan muy tarde. Me fuí con ellos, mis hijos y una sobrina de mi esposo, está celebración se realiza cada año dónde son pocas las veces que asisto pero hoy con gusto los acompañe. Nos sentamos en las gradas, ya que el evento se celebró en el estadío de béisbol del municipio, allí lo realizan todos los años porque el espacio es grande.

I went to accompany him. Because of his age, I don't like him going out alone, especially to these types of events that I know end very late. I went with them, my children, and one of my husband's niece. This celebration takes place every year, and I rarely attend, but today I was happy to join them. We sat in the stands, since the event was held at the municipal baseball stadium. They hold it there every year because the space is large.

Cada candidata tenía su barra, en ellas una samba, así que se podrán imaginar la fiesta que allí se formó. El evento inicio justo a las 10:30 de la noche, nosotros estábamos desde muy temprano para poder cubrir un puesto todos los de la barra. El escenario estábamos hermoso, aunque estábamos algo lejos, pero se pudo apreciar el desfile de las candidatas en todo su esplendor. La presentación fue todo un espectáculo, dónde las candidata salieron a dar lo mejor.

Each candidate had their own bar, where they played samba, so you can imagine the party that ensued. The event started right at 10:30 p.m.; we arrived very early so everyone at the bar could fill a spot. The stage was beautiful, although we were a bit far away, but we were able to appreciate the parade of candidates in all its splendor. The presentation was quite a spectacle, where the candidates came out to give their all.

Todas bellas con edades entre 16 a 19 años, donde se destacaban en responder a las preguntas con presicion. Así se dieron a conocer, las barras de cada una al ellas salír al escenario comenzaban apoyarla, el estadio estába prendido con las voces de quienes las apoyaban. Todo hermoso, la elección de cada reina las dieron a las 3 de la mañana, dónde escogieron reina de la pesca, reina agrícola, reina del deporte, y la que iba a representar como reina de las ferias este año. Por segunda vez consecutivo quedó como reina la representante de Aricagua, todo el estadio celebraba el triunfo.

All beautiful, between the ages of 16 and 19, they excelled at answering questions accurately. This is how they were introduced; their fans began to support each one as they came on stage, and the stadium was filled with the voices of their supporters. Everything was beautiful. Each queen was chosen at 3 a.m., where they chose the fishing queen, the agricultural queen, the sports queen, and the one who would represent the fairs this year. For the second time in a row, the representative of Aricagua was crowned queen, and the entire stadium celebrated her triumph.

Era muy bonita y se destacó en la pasarela y se devolvió muy bien en responder a sus preguntas. La candidata que apoyaban los chicos de la samba logró llevarse el primer lugar donde todo celebramos este merecido triunfo. Es aquí donde iniciaron las fiestas en esta comunidad la cual llevan celebrando por años.

She was very pretty and stood out on the catwalk, and she responded very well to their questions. The candidate supported by the samba boys managed to take first place, where we all celebrated this well-deserved victory. This is where the festivities began in this community, which they have been celebrating for years.
