Yo me abrazo a la vida
yo me abrazo a la vida,
Yo me abrazo a mis sueños,
Si no lo hago yo,
Dime quién lo hará
La vida es una,
La que tengo para amarte,
La que tengo para quererte,
Te la entrego toda a ti.
La vida es una,
La que tengo pa' ayudarte,
La que tengo para echar
A los que amo, hacia adelante.

Yo me abrazo a la vida (I embrace life) is a song that, while perhaps one of the least relevant (in terms of impact and reach) in Daniel Calveti's career, is particularly beautiful for its message of appreciation for life and our loved ones.
The phrase, possibly the most powerful, is the message that impacts us as soon as the song begins: "I embrace life, I embrace my dreams; if I don't do it, tell me who will." In this display of acceptance of pure responsibility, I can only reflect on the ways and means in which I act, causing and allowing (or not) things to happen in my life and around me. I ask God for wisdom, courage, energy, and His grace to face and take the next steps on this journey.
Greetings, community, blessings, and much joy to you. It's a joy to be part of this, a week to embrace one another.
I embrace life
I embrace life,
I embrace my dreams,
If I don't do it myself,
Tell me who will? There's only one life,
The one I have to love you,
The one I have to love you,
I give it all to you. There's only one life,
The one I have to help you,
The one I have to help
Those I love, forward.
