you know' life is not easy to live in, and what's even harder is succeeding.
Life has a funny way of teaching us lessons through both highs and lows. One moment you’re smiling because everything is falling into place, then suddenly, you find yourself wondering how you ended up at the bottom again. I’ve had my fair share of these moments, and honestly, they shaped me into the woman I am today.

There was a time I felt completely low in school. I had studied so hard for a test, thinking I had it all under control. I ended up passing, but the mark wasn’t as high as I expected. It was heartbreaking because I knew how much effort I had put into it. I felt sad, frustrated, and even questioned if I was truly good enough. But after some quiet reflection, I realized that even though the score wasn’t what I wanted, the process still taught me something. I discovered new study methods, learned patience, and became stronger mentally. Slowly, I picked myself up, adjusted my reading style, and when the next exams came, I performed way better. That low moment prepared me for the win that followed.

On the flip side, I also know what it feels like to be on top and then suddenly drop. There was a point when I had an excellent result in one of my courses. It gave me so much joy, and I felt like I had finally figured everything out. I celebrated it and told myself, Yes, this is the turning point. But life humbled me. Not too long after that, I faced another challenge in a different course that almost took me back to square one. I won’t lie, it hurt. But instead of giving up, I reminded myself that setbacks don’t erase the progress I hav already made.

One thing that helped me pull through both moments was how I managed my mental health. I learned to take breaks, talk to trusted friends, and remind myself that tough times don’t last forever. I also stopped being too hard on myself. Whether I faled or succeeded, I tried to see it as part of the journey.

The biggest lesson I have learned is that life is not a straight line. It has curves, bumps, and sometimes even circles. But every experience, whether good or bad, leaves us with something valuable. My advice to anyone passing through a tough season is this: don’t give up, don’t compare yourself to others, and always remember that even a step backward can still be part of your forward journey.
