…..fall! 🍂🍁🌻
It was a busy day for me at work. Our office staff consists of one licensed optician (me), four part time receptionists and the doc. Today was the busiest Wednesday we’ve had in quite some time. There were zero no shows and one extra emergency type added appointment. I got wind yesterday that the gal scheduled to work wasn’t coming in. One of my other gals was on vacation. Of the two remaining, neither would help out. So, I was left to my own devices. I’ve done it before and did it today, but given the number of hats I wear (optician, insurance biller, job orderer and the list goes on) well, it can be difficult to do all of those things simultaneously while also trying to deal with incoming and outgoing patients! 😅
However deal with it I did. I had a lady and her adult daughter come in, and I kid you not-between the two of them, they ordered 9 pairs of glasses!!😳
Anyway, I survived, but needed a little downtime. So after reading a couple devotions, I started flipping through my archived photos specifically looking for pictures taken in October so I could get that fall vibe going. Enjoy the photos!

And, last but not least, some leaves that scream Fall!
Tomorrow is hopefully going to be a bit more relaxed. However, I’ve got a ton of glasses to order and insurance for the day to verify before the doc arrives in the early afternoon.
