Namaste everyone, welcome to my blog today.
I am happy to be here this week to talk about the most inspirational person in my life. My late grandfather. Though we were not that close when he was with us, I usually draw inspirations from all my late grandfather's character.

My grandfather was one of the few selfless people I know. When I was younger, each time we travel to his for holidays and he goes out, he makes sure to buy sweet and biscuits(goodies) in eccess for all of us.
The massage is not in the snacks please read forward. Each time he brings it home to share to us, if the quality he gets d?will not go round to all of us, my grandfather will give to the children who came to play with us first.( Children from the neighborhood).
One day, I asked him grandfather, why do you always give outsider things before us? The old man said you are mine and I can always gift you things but you see them, I may not have the opportunity to give them gift again in life.

He was a great source of encouragement to the youths in my native community after his retirement. It happened that he retired and returned back home to find more than half of the youths in the community jobless after graduation, he encouraged them to join the police and other forces that were employing as at that time.
Majority of those who joined has become high ranking officers as we speak, those who does not like the force but joined out of joblessness has been able to gather money from it, resigned honorably and are now into business full-time.
We never knew he did that till a time he was involved in a fatai moto accident and some of the people he had helped came to visit him in his trying times abd they started talking endlessly about his kindness. In all he did, grandpa never left his family uncared for. He will raise rosters chickens and share to his siblings every Christmas just to make sure they have something to kill and celebrate with not because they are poor but because he wants them well provided for.
The list of my grandfather generosity is incomplete if I did not mention a family he housed for more than two years after they lost everything during the Ife and Modakeke war. I can not be him but I pray for his kind of big heart and grace. All his deeds inspires me to be there for people around me anywhere I may find myself.
