Good day everyone, welcome to my blog.
We are grateful for the opportunity to come back every week to express ourselves. This really means a lot to us. For this week, I'll be going with the first question which says what are the three core values that one can put into consideration while making decisions.
Core values are fundamental organisation that guides a person's behaviour, decision making and action. Core value makes us understand what is important and empaths in shaping religion, belief, ideology, decision making and priority.
Core values help in decision making, Ethics, relationship, goal setting, and culture. Simply put, core values are those things that people look out for in us. In the first five or ten minutes we might be meeting for the first time.
So far, examples of core values are Respect Integrity, honesty, responsibility, fairness, commitment, transparency, Innovation, Excellence and community amongst others. However the three major values that may guide my decision making are responsibility transparency and commitment And here is why
If I am making a decision l, I have to be ready to be responsible for the outcome of my decision and bear in mind that the outcome of such a decision may either be positive or negative. I must be ready to bear the responsibility of whatever the outcome may be.
I believe I must be readily available. That is to be committed to the realization or smooth running of whatever decision I might have made as this is going to affect the productivity of such a decision either positively or negatively.
In actualizing or realizing my decision I must be ready to be transparent which means it might involve being open to people around me or help in the realization of such decisions or dreams I have set to achieve. Not being sentimental, not being judgemental, not being partial but just being as transparent as possible.
Haven considered this first three then I can other factors like honesty transparency commitment excellence and Innovation into consideration meanwhile we need to understand that all this especially honesty and transparency cannot be achieved if one in the decision making is not committed responsible and transparent in his or her decisions making
