Being a spice can be a beautiful thing, it all depends on the kind of spice you wish to be. While some may prefer to be onion, some other people may prefer to be abenerio, I will prefer to be tumeric.

It also works for digestive health by aiding digestion, reducing bloating, and alleviates symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Immune system support or boosting of immunity and helping in fighting off infections is another advantage of turmeric.
Furthermore, turmeric helps in relief of pain associated with arthritis, muscle soreness and menstrual cramps.Turmeric has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which can help in wound healing and improve skin health.

I want to be turmeric so I will be able to serve several purposes in the kitchen and I will be one of the reasons why people eat healthy food and move around with glowing skin.
