Mindanao is the south part of the Philippines. The capital city in the south is called Davao city.
Bangoy international airport is known to international flights like Scoot- the sister airline of Singapore.
In Davao city, there is an island to go to. This island is called Garden City of Samal.
So today, I went to this island. Started at about 5 am. My residence is within the city so I am near to go to this island.
You can see from the above image, is the entrance gate. You can drive your car, or motorcycle to get into the island. For the car, the entrance cost is 200 Philippine pesos.
The island is a gate away for many locals from Davao.
It is super crowded during the weekend when you enter the island.
But as you travel with Barge, you will enjoy the fascinating blue ocean.
This is how I spend my weekend.
