Hello, coffee lovers ☕.
Mondays are usually the days my husband and I go grocery shopping for the week.
But after accomplishing our goal, there's no better reward than sitting down to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
The coffee shop we went to this time was Don Quixote. The name really caught @abelarte's attention, since he's a writer.
And, to be honest, the coffee shop had nothing to do with the classic of world literature.
The café is located on the terrace of the Cadillac Hotel. So it's no surprise to find this photo.
The café is very cozy. From there, you can directly access the city boulevard and enjoy a beautiful view of the church park.
But the best thing about Don Quijote café is the coffee.
This time I felt like having a cortado.
It was very well made, to be honest. My only regret is the size of the cup 😅.
I had to ask for another one.
It was very well made. The coffee was high quality, the milk was nice and creamy, and the sugar was just right for me.

When we arrived, we were a little hesitant, since it was the hotel's coffee shop. However, after tasting the coffee and receiving excellent service, we agreed to return.
And, of course, to bring our friends. Everyone should try this marvel.

Hola, amigos del café ☕.
Los lunes, por lo general, son los días en que mi esposo y yo salimos a hacer las compras para la semana. Pero luego de cumplir nuestro objetivo, no hay recompensa mejor que sentarnos a descansar y a tomarnos un buen café.
La cafetería a la que fuimos en esta ocasión fue la cafetería Don Quijote. Nombre que le llamó mucho la atención a @abelarte, ya que él es escritor. Y, la verdad es que la cafetería no tenía nada que ver con el clásico de la literatura universal.
La cafetería está ubicada en la terraza del hotel Cadillac. Así que no hay nada de extraño encontrarme esta fotografía.
La cafetería es muy acogedora. Desde ella se puede acceder directamente al boulevard de la ciudad y con una vista hermosa al parque de la Iglesia.
Pero lo mejor de lo mejor de la cafetería Don Quijote es el café. En esta ocasión ocasión me sentí con deseos de un café cortadito.
Estaba muy bien hecho, la verdad. Lo único que lamento es el tamaño de la taza 😅. Tuve que pedir otra.

Al llegar estábamos un poco reticentes, ya que era la cafetería del hotel. Sin embargo, después de probar el café y recibir un servicio de calidad, nos pusimos de acuerdo para regresar. Y, por supuesto, llevar a nuestras amistades. Todos deben probar esta maravilla.
