It's something that we cannot do without as christians. As we continually dwell and stay with the Word of God it builds up our faith. It is very necessary to our spiritual growth. ‎ ‎We are more than just flesh and blood. We is actually a spirit. That is our real nature. God wants us to function in faith. But our faith is only truly defined by the actions that we take. Whatever it is that we are aiming towards in faith should also align with the Word of God. ‎ ‎‭‭Romans 10:17 KJV‬ ‎So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. ‎ ‎What we hear constantly has a way of shaping our lives. We should ensure also that even the younger ones listen to things that edify them and help builds them up in the way of the Lord. Whatever we believe in we should also inculcate the same things to people around us. ‎ ‎Commitment to God's Word is a personal dedication. At first we may be walking them through it, but with time they should be grounded in the Word of God to the point that they now walk in the right path on their own ‎
