A lot of people think it's just things like poor nutrition, poor hygiene, or lack of physical exercise. While all these contribute, they are other factors like concerns our emotions. When we are not in peace with people it can also endanger our health. Walking in hatred should be avoided; for the reason of being christians and also for the sake of our health. Living in peace can go a long way in extending our life. Our mood contributes a great to our health. We all want the best for our health. Anything that doesn't tell well on our physical health should be avoided. Health is one of the priced possession that anyone can ever acquire. Strife should not something be seen anywhere around us. Proverbs 17:1 KJV Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, Than an house full of sacrifices with strife. We can eat all the nutritious food in the world but if we have unrest within us it may tell on our health. Some strife with people are not just worth it especially if it is the expense of our health. Emotional stress also does much damage as physical stress. But should be avoided and not tolerated if we desire a healthy life.
