### La vida cosificada Por un lado, **Sarte**, nos recuerda que debemos ser auténticos para vivir una vida libre y significativa o, que al menos vivamos una vida donde entendamos cuál es nuestra libertad y la responsabilidad de elegir. Pero, por otro lado, [**Erich Fromm**, en su libro *La vida auténtica*](https://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S0187-57952009000300013), nos recuerda que el ser humano, en la medida en que está inmerso en su cultura y en la influencia del entorno, se distancia más de su propia autenticidad, alejándose de su propia esencia. ***¿Qué significa esto si el éxito está medido por lo que los otros definen con base en lo material, la apariencia y la medida de cuanto se posee, inmersos en una vida cosificada?*** Para **Fromm**, alcanzar la libertad es el objetivo de la vida, pero esta no podía ser alcanzada, en tanto no recuperase su identidad personal. Lo que es un poco contrario a lo que nos dice **Sartre**, que sin autenticidad no hay libertad, o al menos, sin reconocer nuestra autenticidad no somos libres y sin libertad no podemos tomar decisiones únicas. *Todos somos diferentes y, aunque estamos inmersos en patrones, cada ser humano imprime algo único a su conducta que, con concepciones culturales o históricas encima, aun los hace únicos.*  > * [Pixabay-StockSnap](https://pixabay.com/es/photos/gente-hombre-solo-sombra-silueta-2575936/) * ### ¿Por qué buscar nuestra autenticidad? Yo diría que es importante conocernos, saber, una vez conformada nuestra personalidad, qué es lo que nos gusta, qué queremos hacer, con qué nos sentimos bien. *Buscar nuestra individualidad más que diferenciarnos de los otros.* Un padre que sea auténtico no solo satisface las necesidades de su hijo, y allí deja de ser auténtico, pues todos deberían hacerlo, sino que lo hace de una manera diferente, particular. Aceptar esto, la individualidad de los hijos y de la manera como se les educa es parte importante del proceso de la paternidad; y eso lo acabo de publicar en un **[artículo](https://peakd.com/hive-125730/@emiliorios/padres-ejemplares-existe-eso-5-recomendaciones-basicas-desde-la-consulta-medica-para-lograrlo-reflexiones-esen)** donde pido que aceptemos que todos somos diferentes, a pesar de que valemos lo mismo. ***Todos hacemos las cosas en forma diferente, todos.*** Más, cuando le pedimos a un ser humano que busque su originalidad, su esencia, su autenticidad, ***es para que pueda tomar decisiones con más libertad y que estas decisiones conduzcan a resultados que le hagan feliz.*** No estamos pidiendo que nos deslastremos de todo lo que ocurre a nuestro alrededor, de todo lo que nos han impuesto, sino que, en medio de lo que conoces, sabes y de todas las concepciones lógicas, colectivas, en las que te mueves, encuentres tu propio camino y tu propia manera de hacer las cosas. *Y que eso se respete.*  > * [Pixabay-Congerdesign](https://pixabay.com/es/photos/libro-leer-las-manos-literatura-3531412/) * ### Este es un tema para desarrollar *Saco a colación esto, porque la tecnología se ha introducido en nuestras vidas de tal forma, que automáticamente reaccionamos y damos respuestas con base en lo que aprendemos, en la información que obtenemos cada día en las redes.* Pero estas mismas redes nos dicen en todo momento que debemos sacar fuera nuestra autenticidad para obtener seguidores, para lograr ser virales. Pero es importante saber que, si no podemos ser originales, producto de que pertenecemos a una forma de movernos socialmente, de la que todos participamos, al menos podemos **innovar**, y eso se observa en los emprendimientos y en la marca personal que le imprimimos a nuestras publicaciones. Primero quiero que aprendamos a conocernos, que sepamos quiénes somos y fortalezcamos eso; lo que nos ayudará a fortalecer nuestra autoestima. Y sabiendo lo que queremos y somos, podemos tomar las mejores decisiones. Segundo, el hecho de que sigamos a los demás, aunque no lo hagamos conscientemente, no significa que no seamos originales o auténticos. *Formamos parte de un movimiento social, pero siempre le vamos a imprimir algo que se ha gestado dentro de nosotros, que nos hace diferente al resto; así que, aprovecha eso para innovar.* Y siéntete orgulloso de que, así no sea valorada esa forma de ser diferente al resto, que es la tuya, esta es un regalo que puede llegar a ser un referente para otros. El hecho de que se te exija ser tú mismo para alcanzar los mayores éxitos en la sociedad, no significa que te salgas de las normas; significa encontrar en ti ese valor único que impactará en otros. *Como escribió **[Jeremy Sutton en 2021](https://positivepsychology.com/authentic-living/)**, sé honesto y transparente en tus interrelaciones, eso le agrada a la gente y lo percibe como sinceridad y ser genuino.* ***Recuerda que, ser auténtico y vivir una vida plena, no es una condición, es un proceso que debes trabajar durante toda tu vida.***

### Life as a kind of object On the one hand, **Sarte**, reminds us that we must be authentic to live a free and meaningful life or at least live a life where we understand what our freedom is and the responsibility to choose. I would say that it is important to know ourselves, to know, once our personality has been shaped, what we like, what we want to do, what we feel good about. *Seeking our individuality rather than differentiating ourselves from others.* A father who is authentic not only meets the needs of his child, and there ceases to be authentic, as everyone should, but he does it in a different, particular way. But it is important to know that if we cannot be original, the product of belonging to a way of moving socially, in which we all participate, at least we can **innovate**, and this is seen in the undertakings and the personal mark that we imprint on our publications. First I want us to get to know each other, know who we are and strengthen that; which will help us to strengthen our self-esteem. And knowing what we want and are, we can make the best decisions. Second, the fact that we follow others, even if we don’t do it consciously, doesn’t mean that we’re not original or authentic. *We are part of a social movement, but we will always imprint something that has been born within us, that makes us different from the rest; so take advantage of that to innovate.* And feel proud that, even if it is not valued that way of being different from the rest, which is yours, this is a gift that can become a reference for others.
