We all deserve a mental and physical rest, since stress is one of the main causes of disease and heart attacks. I took my day off to sleep, eat a sweet treat, listen to music, watch a mini-series and do some skincare.
It's minimal care if you ask me since lately I don't feel at all comfortable where I am with myself and I want to think that it's just a bad moment and that the sun will shine again.
P.S: A friend gave me a gift for my last birthday, a nice necklace, with a very meaningful word “FAITH”.
