Día libre para hacer merienda, mi hobbie favorito [Esp/Eng]

 Hola, ¿qué tal, amigos, cómo están? ¿Cómo pasaron el día de la virgen del valle? Para todos los venezolanos devotos a ella, siempre la festejamos con amor y en sus días la visitamos en su iglesia o incluso hay quienes organizan desde su casa pequeños rosarios, pero el día de ayer a mí me dio fue por querer comer algo dulce.

For all Venezuelans who are devoted to her, we always celebrate her with love and on her feast days we visit her in her church or there are even those who organise small rosaries from their homes, but yesterday I wanted to eat something sweet.

 Si les soy sincera al principio dude de hacer el post porque eso me tomaría hacer fotos y demás y ayer la verdad no tenía tanto tiempo para ello así que lo primero que realice fue el popular caramelo, con una taza de azúcar se debe derretir si les soy sincera se me quemo un poquito para mi gusto, he hecho otro tipo de dulces con este caramelo no exactamente un quesillo, pero sentí eso desde un principio.

If I'm honest at first I hesitated to do the post because it would take me to take pictures and so on and yesterday I didn't really have that much time for it so the first thing I did was the popular caramel, with a cup of sugar it should melt if I'm honest it burned a little bit for my taste, I've made other kinds of sweets with this caramel not exactly a quesillo, but I felt that from the beginning.

  Usé una cantidad de 6 huevos y una leche condensada y con la misma medida de la leche condensada añadí la leche en polvo. Aquí debo aclarar y hacer una pausa mencionando que no soy repostera y fue una receta que encontré por TikTok y quise recrearla a ver qué tal salía todo porque realmente es un hobbie para mí hacer un dulce en mi tiempo libre.

I used a quantity of 6 eggs and a condensed milk and with the same measure of condensed milk I added the powdered milk. Here I should clarify and pause to mention that I am not a pastry chef and it was a recipe I found on TikTok and I wanted to recreate it to see how it turned out because it really is a hobbit for me to make a sweet in my spare time.

   Una vez con todos los materiales lo primero que batí fueron los huevos en la licuadora hasta lograr que tuvieran un tono blanco que se viera lo más compacto posible y vertí los demás ingredientes más una cucharadita de vainilla, como les dije anteriormente en la receta que vi las medidas siempre iban a ir acorde con la porción de leche condensada tanto para los huevos como para la leche.

Once I had all the materials, the first thing I beat the eggs in the blender until they had a white colour that looked as compact as possible and then I poured in the rest of the ingredients plus a teaspoon of vanilla, as I told you before in the recipe I saw the measurements were always going to be in accordance with the portion of condensed milk for both the eggs and the milk.

  Luego de eso, aplique la mezcla en mi quesillera y la llevé al baño de María por 40 min, según mi video. Estaba pendiente porque el agua se seca y siempre debe tener su agua.

After that, I applied the mixture in my cheese maker and put it in a bain-marie for 40 minutes, according to my video. I kept an eye on it because the water dries out and it should always have its water.

    El final realmente me sorprendió. Miren lo completo que quedó para ser mi primera vez, además de eso, lo único que puedo acotar es que, como les dije anteriormente, el caramelo desde un principio lo dejé quemar muchísimo para mi gusto, pero yo de verdad vi esto y dije wow me encantó. The finish really surprised me.
