Patience, consistent is a key to success// Deborah's Life Academic Testimony.

 Helo everyone here, greetings to you guys. This is Deborah James, I used to called her " Debbie". She's my childhood good friend. I remembered during our secondary school days Deborah was the most intelligent and brilliant student among the girls in the class. When it comes to debate and quiz, questions and answers Deborah often took position first or win the contest. She talk very well and very fast. We nickname her in the class as " talkertive mistress". Back then if you had any fight or misunderstanding with her and you people were reported and taken to the teachers office to defense yourself and explained what happened between you two. If you're not careful Deborah will talk and defense herself leaving the blame on you because of her fluent and ability to talk very well and fast.  But then after our graduation from secondary school, some of us got admission into university and college and even graduated but Deborah then was still at home. Why? What happened to Deborah? Deborah has been writing jamb for the period of four years yet no admission. At times if she wrote the jamb the cutoff marks will not be eligible for the course she wants to study in the university. And Deborah has decided never to go to college or polytechnic if not university to study LAW and to become a Lawyer in the future.  Deborah's parent has spoken to her to change her course of choice and go to either college or polytechnic since for the past four years she was at home while her friends has gone to college and polytechnic and even university and graduated but she is still battling and insisting she must study Law and if not Law then she's not ready to accept any course.  Her parents knows Deborah for the kind of person she is, talks very well and very fast and very brilliant in her art class or subjects. And they all know their daughter Deborah has always wanted to study law and to become a lawyer in the future. But for the past four years jamb has not been favouring her and she has not been given admission, what else Deborah will do, this thought has become a burden to them as Deborah's parent. And they thought it will be good for Deborah to change course and study any good art course since getting admission to study law have become a competitive in these days.  Finally, Deborah accepted to change her mind from study law since getting admission to study law has become too competitive and she hasn't been given admission because of her choice of course. She has agreed to change her course to " Public Health Administration" . But she told her parents she will write jamb for the fifth times and it will be her time of putting law as her first choice. She said if this around she didn't get the cutoff marks to study law or hasn't been given admission then she will do the change of course to Public Health Administration as her parents adviced her to do.  But surprising and to God be the glory, after Deborah wrote jamb for the fifth times in her life, she got 280 in her jamb and was offered admission into university of Jos and also she has been offered scholarship as well. It was indeed a remarkable moment for Deborah, after waiting for five (5) years after graduating from secondary school days and experienced failed or low jambs scares and not given admission to study law the course she always wanted.  But this time around, her fifth times of writing jamb, she was given the admission to study law which is her first choice and also a scholarship through out the years of her studies.  And this year 2025, Deborah graduated from the University of Jos, a law student and a future lawyer. She has waited for five years to gain admission into studying law, the course of her choice despite having and experienced failed jambs fourth times in her life yet she never give up in for her dreams and achieving her goals in life.  She has been patient and been consistent in writing Jamb consistently for the five years untill she got what she has been looking for. Deborah's life testimony is truly indeed a life of consistent and patient and focused that people should learn and emulate from them.
