Just in case no one has told you this today, I'm proud of you. Proud of everything you've endured, Everything you've become through it all. You've carried pain, Yet you still found a way to keep going. I'm proud of you for standing strong when giving up seemed easier. I am proud of you for showing up each day with courage. I am proud of the way you've chosen growth over fear, And light over darkness. Love over disliking yourself I'm proud of the steps you've taken to better yourself, no matter how small they seemed at the time. I'm proud of the strength in your soul, the fire in your spirit, the hope that refuses to fade. Your journey is a proof that resilience is powerful. Your heart is a proof that beauty can rise from broken places. Your life is a proof that courage lives quietly in those who keep going. And I honestly think that you should be proud of yourself. You mean a lot to a lot of people so always take things easy and rest if there is need to do that. You cannot always please everybody.
