To be famous definitely looks appealing, a wish that dominates a lot of people's mind. There are privileges attached to being famous, you suddenly become the name on everyone's lips, your pictures becomes others wallpaper and something every advertiser wants to use in advertising their products. Suddenly, everything you touch or speak of becomes promoted, everyone imitating your lifestyle like a building blue prints, to be famous is definitely enticing but what comes with being famous can be terrifying. There is something most famous people crave after they become famous, is to have a little bit of privacy but it is almost impossible because the moment a person becomes famous, you are no longer privileged to live a private life, you are now a public person. Everything you do ends up on the tabloids, people making money out of your private information, Sharing news about your lifestyle like it is theirs to tell. Nobody cares about how you feel about the information being disseminated about you or how scandalous event might cause you a mental break down. Your sorrowful moments is what social media clout chasers use to farm engagement, the sacrifice of being famous is to say bye-bye to your privacy. Everytime you want to do something as little as sneeze in public, you find yourself checking over your shoulders, hoping no one is watching because if someone does, you can be rest assured that the next thing that happens is that a picture of you sneezing awkwardly turns up on different platforms with all kinds of worrisome hashtags.

When I see the length most famous celebrity go to, to ensure their private life remain private, I feel sorry for most of them. This is something most people do without stress, no body cares about your relationship or about your private life when you are not famous. You get to live like a normal person, walk unnoticed without cameras blasting on your face but this is something famous people have to use resources to pay people to ensure that the media stays out of their private business. They can't even dare to hold the hands of any random person on the street because the moment they do, a picture of you is taken and suddenly you are already in a relationship. For a famous person trying to keep their life private, you have to make sure everything is done secretly. Your privacy that is meant to be your natural birth right becomes something you can't have.
If for some reason I become famous, I would definitely try as much as possible to live a low-key life because my privacy is one thing I can't give up for anything. I'm a private person, i enjoy living in my own private space and the moment I become famous everyone will suddenly want to get in my private space for all kind of selfish reasons. To me, my privacy is more precious to me than anything, I mean I can go to any restaurant and have any meal I crave but I dare any famous person to do this. It is not as if being famous is wrong but the sacrifices that comes with it can be overwhelming, it doesn't really matter if you are famous for the right or wrong reasons. Your life becomes a center of attraction, like an amusement for the public. So yeah, I will prefer to keep my head low without attracting too much attention to myself, just to keep people from tearing my life apart.
