🇻🇪 Hola amigos y amigas de la comunidad VDC Villa de Cura en #Hive 🎙️

¡Saludos mi gente hermosa de Hive y la plataforma #3speak! Aquí les habla @encuentro, con mucho cariño y humildad, participando en la semana 10 del concurso de la comunidad V.D.C (Villa de Cura), que sigue impulsando nuestras raíces folclóricas y tradiciones venezolanas. ¡Eso tiene un valor inmenso y merece ser celebrado! Hoy me deseo compartir algo más movido, a pesar de que llevo tres horas sin electricidad. Como todos saben, en Venezuela los cortes de luz llegan sin aviso previo y duran bastante. Pero mi celular aún tiene algo carga de batería así que aprovecho este momento para conectarme con ustedes y llevar un pedacito de nuestra música. Voy a interpretar un joropo en tiempo de periquera, una pieza exigente que requiere buena respiración y técnica vocal. Es de la autoría de el número 1 Reynaldo Armas, el Cardenal Sabanero. No es común escucharlo cantar este tema, Ya lo comprendo pues no es fácil de ejecutar, pero como dice el dicho: al mal tiempo, buena cara. Así que vamos a alegrar el ánimo con lo nuestro. Si les provoca bailar, ¡háganlo sin pena! Jejeje .Porque en medio de tantas limitaciones, el arte y la tradición son el mejor alivio para la mente y el corazón. Un abrazo fuerte para todos los que hacen vida en esta plataforma, y aprovecho para invitar a participantes de otras latitudes a que se acerquen a esta comunidad tan bonita invito a @edgardsaxo , @mirel0510 y @guitarmcy. ¡Aquí celebramos lo nuestro con orgullo y alegría!

This is @encuentro speaking, with lots of love and humility, joining week 10 of the contest hosted by the V.D.C (Villa de Cura) community, which continues to promote our Venezuelan folkloric roots and traditions. That has immense value and truly deserves to be celebrated! >Today I want to share something more upbeat, even though I’ve been without electricity for three hours. As many of you know, in Venezuela power outages happen without warning and can last a long time. But my phone still has a bit of battery left, so I’m taking this moment to connect with you and bring a little piece of our music. >I’ll be performing a joropo in periquera time, a challenging piece that demands strong breathing and vocal technique. It was written by the one and only Reynaldo Armas, the Cardenal Sabanero. It’s rare to hear him sing this song—and now I understand why—it’s not easy to pull off! But as the saying goes: when times are tough, keep smiling. >So let’s lift our spirits with what’s ours. If you feel like dancing, don’t hold back! Hehe.
